Cancellation Policy
Please try to arrive 5 minutes before your appointment. Please note we may sometimes run a little late. If you're more than 10 minutes late, we may need to rebook you. There's no cancellation fee, but please give us as much notice as you can. You can change or cancel online from your booking confirmation or My bookings. Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability.
