Appointment messages and marketing
Booking confirmations and reminders are service messages. Promotional emails or texts are separate, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the message or by contacting us.
Who we share information with
We share only what is needed with trusted providers that help us run the business, including Wix and Wix Bookings, payment processors, email and text-message providers, delivery companies, our accountants, insurers and professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep information
We keep information only as long as necessary. Booking and transaction records linked to tax and accounts may be kept for up to six years. General enquiries are deleted sooner. Marketing details are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You may have the right to access, correct or delete your information, restrict or object to its use (including marketing), receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent. To use any of these rights, email support@cutatwaterloo.co.uk.
